What it is

Students work in teams and make cross-functional decisions in a simulated business, where there's no right answer. They see how marketing, finance, operations, and people decisions connect, and they practice the habits employers look for: communication, teamwork, and follow-through.

It runs as homework inside your existing introductory business course. It's auto-graded and takes very little class time.

Every student receives a career readiness assessment based on their decision making and teamwork, mapped to NACE competencies. Students can share it with career services, and programs can use it as evidence of learning from the first year forward.
